Barcelona

Hi guys

Our next stop already was Barcelona. And I remember us beeing kind of super excited about that. Because both of us haven't really been in Spain before and we heard that Barcelona should be a really nice city. We stayed in a small hostel in the city where we shared the bathroom with some other people.

To be honest we didn't do that much sightseeing in Barcelona,because we only had 2 days there. In that time we enjoyed the sun and the life in the city. Espacially the food and meeting new people was very exciting for us.

In barcelona it was also the first time we ate in a restaurant. And it was sooooo good, especially compared to the food we cooked before.

France 2.0

Hi guys!

For our next stop we really wanted to be at the sea, so we drove all the way down and stayed at a campsite in France near the sea. We only had to cross a gate that seperated the campground from the public beach and we were at the sea. The first night we stayed there a storm was coming and and I don't know if the sunset was so incredible because of that, but it was one of the most gorgeous sunsets I have ever seen in my life.

 

By the way the picture of the sunset isn't photoshopped at all. The colours were absolutely incredible!

 

The next day we spent at the beach as always, for getting more and more tanned and also to read some more books.

In the evening we wandered a like bit to get to the lighthouse we could see from our campsite.  The next days we used for the same things and also made some kind of a photoshoot.

France

Hello!

Our next stop was a lake in France, called lac de Serre Poncon. That was one of my favourite places from our journey. Imagine waking up with a view like that!?

We kind of relaxed the whole day. In the morning we woke up, made some great breakfast, after that we went to the lake and swam or we we're reading and sunbathing. We have been reading a lot in that time. One day we also visited a small town near the lake. But the prices for food or drinks we're so  high that we decided to cook some soup ourselves and so we ate some chinese soup for dinner.

Beginning

Hey guys!

Last year I started a journey through europe to portugal with my best friend Sophia. We have been travelling for about two months and passed Switzerland, France, Spain and Portugal. For most of the time we have been to Spain and Portugal.

It was a really great experience for both of us. Espacially Portugal was my favorite place to stay. All the time we travelled in a car, that I had borrowed from my uncle. It was a VW Touran and the house for both of us for two months. So you may know, that such a car isn't that big for two people. I first worried about, that we wouldn't have enough space for both of us. But in the end everything was fine and we didn't argue at any time. We have always chosen a camptsite and slept in the car. We only booked a hotel or something like this when we we're in citys like Barcelona or Valencia.

Our first stay was in Switzerland at a lake called Walensee. It was a very quiet place and we didn't stayed very long. We've been there for one night and in the evening when the sun set, I took the beautiful picture you can see below.

 At this time it was also very easy for us to find something to eat, because our mothers packed some big boxes filled with food for us, so we wouldn't have to starve. After a day we continued our journey to France.

Facts about me

Hello guys!

First of all I think you may like to know some facts about me. My name is Alexa and I am 19 years old. I am living in Germany in a small village in bavaria. 

Last year I have been travelling a lot, because after school I tried to explore myself and wanted to find out what I would like to do in life.

This isn't my first online-blog, but I ain't using the old one anymore. I first started blogging with an old friend in 6th grade. After some years I lost interest in that. But I think now may be the time for a re-start.

So here it is! In my blog I will show you pictures of my experiences abroad and may also some lifestyle and fashion pictures. Also I would like to write my texts in english. I know that my english isn't faultless, but I will try my best. 

Furthermore I would like to let you know, that I really love feedback. I won't be mad about some critics so please be honest!
